When P-pas has received your order, a personal message (after an automatic one) will be sent to you as soon as possible, normally within a day, with the instructions to pay the order. Remember to use the index number given!

As soon as the payment appears to P-pas’ bank account, your order will be mailed. This process takes couple of days. The shipping will take another couple of working days.

As any webstore, P-pas offers cancellation time of 14 days. This means you can get to know the product and send it back if you’re not satisfied. Notice that you can’t return any worn garments or used jewels for hygienic reasons. If you want to return the order or some part of it, please send e-mail with your bank account number to sales@p-pas.com within two weeks from receiving the products and tell which one(s) you want to send back. P-pas will send you the address where to mail the returning and will give your money back after receiving the products. Please write your name and bank account to the return sending aswell. The customer pays the returning costs.

Toimitusehdot

Mikäli maksat tilisiirrolla, saat mahdollisimman pian tilauksen tehtyäsi (yleensä päivän sisällä automaattisen tilausvahvistuksen jälkeen), henkilökohtaisen sähköpostiviestin. Siitä löytyvät maksuohjeet – muista käyttää viitenumeroa!

Tilaukseksi lähetetään parin arkipäivän sisällä maksun saavuttua P-pas’n tilille. Tästä 2-3 arkipäivän sisällä tuotteet löytyvät postilaatikostasi tai lähimmästä postikonttorista lähetyksen koosta riippuen.

Rehtinä verkkokauppana P-pas tarjoaa 14 vuorokauden peruutusajan tilauksille. Tämä tarkoittaa, että tuotteiden vastaanottamisen ja niihin tutustumisen jälkeen tehdä palautuksen, jos et ole niihin tyytyväinen. Huomioi, että et voi palauttaa käytettyjä vaatteita tai koruja hygieniasyistä. Jos haluat palauttaa tuotteet tai osan niistä, lähetä sähköpostia osoitteeseen sales@p-pas.com kahden viikon sisällä tilauksen vastaanottamisesta ja kerro sekä tilinumerosi että mitkä tuotteista haluat palauttaa. P-pas lähettää sinulle vastauksena osoitteen, johon tuotteet postittaa. Rahasi palautetaan heti tuotteiden saavuttua. Liitä lähetyksen mukaan nimesi ja tilinumerosi. Asiakas maksaa palautuskulut.
